Dam Threatens Cambodian Villages

CAMBODIA, STEUNG TRENG PROVINCE - 2016/11/30: Due to heavy security union activists access the Lower Sesan II Dam site by fishing boat. It's the only way to see the dam. Local communities refuse to be removed. Once the dam is in operation the waters will raise and flood their villages enveloping their homes and farmlands. About tens of thousands people will be affected by the Dam Sesan II as most of them are from ethnic minorities living along the rivers for generation.
