AUG 16 1967, AUG 17 1967 Frances Koltun Travel the great adventure. Frances Koltun of New York City thought she'd like to do her part to promote world peace. So she wrote a 500-page book, "Frances Koltun's Complete Book for the Intelligent Woman Traveler."
