GERMANY-TRIAL-INTERNET
Picture taken on August 8, 2014 shows the Gimmlitztal pension in Reichenau, eastern Germany, where a German police officer allegedly killed a volunteer he met on a website for cannibalism fetishists. The 56-year-old defendant, Detlef Guenzel, will go on trial on August 22, 2014. In the lurid case that made international headlines, prosecutors say the defendant confessed to stabbing the throat of his willing victim in November 2013 and then cutting his body into small pieces and burying them in his garden.
