Natural gas from the country’s field sites is brought into the plant through pipelines. It is then processed and liquefied in facilities known as trains before being exported in specialized tankers where it’s maintained at a temperature of -162 degrees Celsius. The four trains have the capacity to produce up to 100,000 cubic meters of LNG per day. (Photo DigitalGlobe via Getty Images)
