General Election 2015: Row over Labour's plan to scrap 'non-dom' tax status; George Osborne (Chancellor of the Exchequer) interview SOT - Well under my proposals, first of all the nom-dom's pay more, and I've just stacked up the charges again, to get more tax out of them, but I'd do it in a way that does not as Ed Balls himself said no matter Labour policy, cost Britain money ... Well I'm getting more out of rich people including out of nom-doms to pay for our public services, bjut i'm doing it in a way that is growing our economy and making sure we get investment into this country ... Indeed we're about to increase the charges again next year
