President Trump at Joint Session on Trade and Immigration Reform

President Donald Trump tells a Joint Session of Congress that exported American products are taxed highly but the United States does not tax or charges very little tax for imports from foreign countries. Trump says that he believes in free trade, but it must be fair. He promises to bring back jobs, saying that immigration reform will protect American workers. Trump says that by working together, Democrats and Republicans can reform immigration, something that the country has been trying to achieve for decades.
