(Original Caption) 1/28/42-Amarillo, Texas: Forty Amarillo businessmen rode horse to work to save wear and tear on tires. Hitch came when horses were left at parking meters. Several of the men were given tickets for refusing to insert the prescribed five cents. Amarillo has but recently installed the parking meters and intends to get its money's worth, be it horses or cars that use the meters.
