Harry Ferguson with Tractor Model
(Original Caption) January 22, 1948 - London, England: Harry Ferguson, the man who is suing the Ford Motor Company for $251,000,000, is shown as he demonstrated a model of his tractor in an exhibition at Claridge's Hotel, London, on January 22, 1948. The model is a tiny replica of the tractor over which Ferguson is pressing the suit against Ford. Ferguson charges that a gentlemen's agreement he had with Henry Ford, Sr. has been violated and that the Ford company had illegally used various patents and that the present Ford tractor is essentially the one Ferguson designed.
