Kiyoshi Kimura, president of Kiyomura Corp., poses with a newly-purchased tuna at a Sushizanmai restaurant in Tokyo, Japan, on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019. Kiyomura, operator of the Sushizanmai restaurant chain across Japan, made the winning bid of 333.6 million yen ($3.07 million) for a 278-kilogram bluefin tuna at Toyosu Market today.
