The Reclaim These Streets movement had organised an in-person vigil event to honour the female and non-binary victims of violence in memory of Sarah Everard, which they have been forced to cancel after the police advised that it was unlawful due to coronavirus restrictions. Participants are being encouraged to observe the vigil at their homes in memory of Ms Everard, who had been missing since leaving a friend's home in Clapham on the evening of Wednesday, March 3.
