It was established by Global Ports Holding (GPH), Grupo Sousa, SA - Investimentos SGPS, LDA, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd and Creuers del Port de Barcelona, and started its operation on August 2014. The Port of Lisbon hosts all kinds of cruise ships, from the smallest to the largest in the world, currently bringing over 500,000 passengers per year.
