"Lisbon Cruise Port", The New Cruise Terminal In Lisbon

The new terminal, designed by Portuguese architect Joao Luis Carrilho da Graca, occupies a surface of 18,000 sq. meters and has a handling capacity of 800.000 passengers per year. The Lisbon Cruise Terminals (LCT), is a privately owned company that operates the cruise terminals of the Port of Lisbon. It was established by Global Ports Holding (GPH), Grupo Sousa, SA - Investimentos SGPS, LDA, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd and Creuers del Port de Barcelona, and started its operation on August 2014. The Port of Lisbon hosts all kinds of cruise ships, from the smallest to the largest in the world, currently bringing over 500,000 passengers per year.
