New Memory Chip Developed by Samsung Electronics

385382 01: A 4GB DRAM memory chip, developed by South Korea's Samsung Electronics, is on display February 8, 2001 in South Korea. Samsung Electronics announced that the 4GB memory chip can store data equivalent to 640 books, 32,000 standard newspaper pages, 1,600 still pictures or 64 hours of sound.
