APR 28 1971, APR 30 1971; 42-STORY LIFT ON BRINK OF COMPLETION AT BROOKS TOWERS; Movers from Weicker Transfer & Storage Co. keep tabs as a crane hoist* a 10-foot-long custom-made bar to the penthouse of Brooks Towers. The 1,100-pound bar was made to order by Su-Don Bars & Stools of Denver for Grover Eustace, executive vice president of Queen Creek Land and Cattle Co., who occupies the penthouse suite.
