Israel's War In Gaza Reaches Sixth-Month Mark, Civilian Toll Mounts

The Israeli military reported today that it has scaled back ground troops in the southern Gaza Strip, leaving only one brigade. April 7th marks six months since Hamas led an attack on Israel, killing 1,200 people and taking around 250 people hostage. In response, Israel launched a retaliatory war in Gaza that has killed more than 33,000 people, according to the Gazan health ministry.
