Prince Gustaf Adolf Smiling for the Camera

(Original Caption) Swedish Crown Prince Recovers from Illness. Philadelphia, PA: Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf, of Sweden, has a broad smile for the cameramen who visited him aboard the liner Kungsholm in Philadelphia. Here to help celebrate tercentenary of the landing of the Swedish and Finnish colonists at "New Sweden," his sudden illness curtailed his activities and threw the burden of speech making and monument dedicating onto the shoulders of his son, Prince Bertil, but the Crown Prince seems recovered enough now to be able to carry on the royal work of good-will.
