(Original Caption) Teamsters President James Hoffa (L) and Frank Fitzsimmons take the oath of office after they were elected with no opposition during the 19th convention of the Teamsters Union. Fitzsimmons was elected to the newly-created post of General Vice-President who will automatically become President of the Union should Hoffa, who has a 13-year prison sentence looming over his head, be unable to keep his post.
