Penzance is a therapeutic night train ride (sleeper cabin) from Paddington, in the city of London. waking up to the fresh sea air and sunshine of a coastal village, docks and vast stretches of sandy beaches. Penzance is located at the furthest tip of Cornwall and the south west of the United Kingdom, It is well known for it's windsurfing and walks. Especially the low tide walks around the castle of Saint Michael's Mount. This castle is an enjoyable 50 minute walk from the centre of Penzance, past the commercial docks and along a coastal path that runs between National train line, countryside and the North Atlantic Ocean.
