VOICED: A number of primary school headteachers in England have written to the government - worried that the introduction of universal free school meals could affect their funding. Shows interview shots of pupils in school canteen being served by dinner lady and eating school meals. Interviews with Tony Draper, Head Teacher, Valentine Association of Head Teachers, David Laws MP, Schools Minister and soundbite from Nick Clegg on April 02, 2014 in Milton Keynes, England.
