United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Goodwill Ambassador, Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, travelled over 15,000 miles on motorcycles from John O'Groats in Scotland to South Africa. Long Way Down is also being made into a TV series. In 2004 they conducted a similar trip, called ?Long Way Round? which saw them travel from London to New York.
