O'Brien's Tower at the Cliffs of Moher (Ireland) - stock photo
O'Brien's Tower marks the highest point of the Cliffs of Moher. It was built in the 1830's by Sir Cornelius O'Brien as an observation tower for tourists coming to the cliffs. This picture was taken on a hazy winter afternoon, giving the sky an orange hue. People can be seen walking about the tower but are very small due to the distance from which the picture was taken. The foreground is dominated by the grassy plain and cliff leading up to the building while the left side of the picture is filled by the ocean.
