EL CATLLAR, TARRAGONA, SPAIN - MARCH 18: Banners hang from a fence as officials cut off access in front of Más D'Enric prison on March 18, 2024 in El Catllar, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain. Prison officials today began cutting off access to five prisons in Barcelona, Lleida and Tarragona in protest against the death of a cook last week allegedly at the hands of an inmate who later committed suicide in the Mas d'Enric prison in El Catllar (Tarragona).
