WASHINGTON, DC – NOVEMBER 12, 2019: DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients (aka “Dreamers”) stand before the US Supreme Court in Washington D.C. on November 12, 2019. The first day of the DACA hearings are in session. November 12 is a highly anticipated day for “Dreamers” as they await a Supreme Court decision in June 2020. A few of the participants are TPS (Temporary Protected Status) holders which President Donald Trump since taking office has ended TPS protection for immigrants from six countries.
