US: Active Storm System Hits Eastern Texas Causing Flash Floods
The National Weather Service issued severe thunderstorm warnings, tornado watches, and flash flood warnings for parts of east Texas on Wednesday, April 22. In several parts of eastern Texas, severe floodings have been reported.
