BROOKLYN, NEW YORK - SEPTEMBER 13, 2020: The portrait of the late Sandra Bland hangs on a waterfront fence on September 13, 2020, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City. The new memorial entitled "Say Their Names" at the Williamsburg waterfront pays solemn respect to the victims visualizing for the public the sheer scale of how many Black individuals have been unjustly killed throughout history beyond those who have recently been featured in the news.
