BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA - MARCH 23: The III World Forum on Human Rights which started on March 20 in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina continued on Thursday (Mar. 23).The forum, attended by many leaders, former heads of state and experts, will continue until March 24.The event was inaugurated by President Alberto Fernández; the president of the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo, Estela de Carlotto; the Nobel Peace Prize winner Adolfo Pérez Esquivel, and the director of the International Center for the Promotion of Human Rights (CIPDH-UNESCO), Fernanda Gil Lozano.The Forum is organized by the CIPDH/UNESCO and the national government, and the National Organizing Committee (CON).
